Editorial Notes

Considered one of the most 'ethical' animal fibres because it can be collected during the natural moulting season without shearing. However, most commercial production involves some degree of captivity and management. Still not vegan. Camel hair has a distinctive golden-tan colour and is rarely blended with synthetic fibres at the luxury end.
